Create vID Invites in Cognition

Manual Invite Creation

1. Navigate to https://cognition.cerebrum.com/invites?
2. Select the organization for which you’d like to create an invite from the organization switcher.
3. Select the “add” button
4. Select the package
5. Select which order method
6. Select “mobile” to send an invite to our mobile app
7. Select “web” to send an invite to our web app
8. Enter an email address
9. Enter the applicant's first and last name
10. Select “Add Applicant”
11. Follow steps 6-8 to add the applicant
12. Select “send”

Batch Invite Creation

1. Follow steps 1-3 above.
2. Upload the CSV via the upload button or drag and drop.
3. You can download our CSV template from the hyperlink in the sub-header
4. Select “send”
