Create vID Invites in Cognition

Manual Invite Creation

1. Navigate to https://cognition.cerebrum.com/invites?
2. Select the organization for which you’d like to create an invite from the organization switcher.
3. Select the “send” button
4. Select the package
5. Select which order method
   1. Select “Mobile” to send an invite to our mobile app
   2. Select “Web” to send an invite to our web app
6. Expand the advanced options if you'd like to include
   1. Pass: Will include additional data collection in the vID flow (Education, Employment, MVR, etc.)
   2. Return URL: The applicant will get routed to this URL once completed vID (If a return URL is entered, you must use the vID Web flow)
   3. Postback URL: Where webhook alerts will be delivered
   4. Custom Metadata: Any additional information you'd like to include in the metadata of the invite
7. Enter the applicant's first and last name
8. Enter the applicant's email
9. Select “Add Applicant”
10. Follow steps 7-9 to add another applicant
11. Select “Review Invites”
12. Select "Send Invite"

Batch Invite Creation

1. Follow steps 1-3 above.
2. Upload the CSV via the upload button or drag and drop.
3. You can download our CSV template by selecting the "Download Template" button
4. Select “Review Invites"
5. Select "Send Invites"
