Use Cognition to send vID verification invites, track applicants' progress, and manage follow-up invites. You can also create API keys for your organization's integration.

Send and track invites

Start by choosing an organization and a verification package, then send an invite to one applicant or upload a batch. After sending, use the invite table to follow each applicant's progress.

Create vID invites

Send individual or batch invites and choose the web or mobile verification flow.

Share an invite code

Download a QR code or copy a manual entry code for an existing invite.

Track invites

Find an applicant's invite and understand its delivery and completion status.

Follow up with an applicant

Resend an existing invite when the applicant needs it again. If the applicant needs a new verification attempt, use the reorder guide to choose the appropriate action.
